Security, Peace and Justice, areas that unfortunately cannot be taken for granted. Threats are growing and both our physical and digital security is under pressure. Artificial Intelligence is playing an increasingly important role in protecting against these threats and ensuring justice. AI applications are increasingly being used to support security professionals and decision makers, but at the same time this deployment also brings risks. What are the preconditions involved and how do we achieve an effective, safe and people-centric approach to these applications? The Security, Peace and Justice (VVR) working group of the Dutch AI Coalition is working jointly on these issues and wrote a paper on this playing field.

As part of the working group, the Sustainable Rescue Foundation and Roseman Labs will present the use case on monitoring human trafficking.
